Getting Started
To get started solving your financial problems, whether you are considering bankruptcy or you are facing a mortgage foreclosure, the first step is to call our office at (952) 831-1995 to schedule a free consultation. You will be meeting with Craig Andresen, an attorney with 30 years of experience in helping people deal with overwhelming debt.
To prepare for your initial consultation, you need only make a brief list of your debts, or bring along all your billing statements. The purpose of this meeting is for us to analyze your financial situation, together, so that we can explain to you your options under the law. You will not be making any commitment or decision at the initial consultation, unless you feel comfortable doing so.
Once you have made the decision on what type of legal solution is appropriate for you, we will help you gather the required paperwork and financial documents. Remember that one of the important ways we will be assisting you is in the assembling of these documents, such as tax returns, billing statements and other important papers. We have been helping people do this for years, and we have experience in reducing the amount of effort you will need to put forth in gathering information -- that’s our job.
